Role Overview

We are seeking a spiritually mature and dedicated Associate Pastor – Women’s Ministry to provide focused pastoral leadership for women within the church. This role is centered on discipleship, prayer, teaching, and pastoral care, helping women grow in their faith, character, and Kingdom purpose.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in strengthening families and building a spiritually grounded women’s community within the church.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Women’s Ministry in alignment with church doctrine and vision
• Teach sound biblical doctrine during women’s meetings, and church programmes
• Provide pastoral care, counselling, and spiritual guidance to women and families
• Organise and lead prayer meetings, retreats, and women-focused spiritual programmes
• Mentor and disciple women across different age groups and life stages
• Identify and develop emerging female leaders within the church
• Support the pastoral team in strengthening family life and community impact
• Participate in evangelism and outreach activities as required
• Uphold safeguarding standards, confidentiality, and pastoral integrity

Person Specification

Essential Requirements

• A committed and practising Christian aligned with the doctrine of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide
• A Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent) in any discipline
• A recognised Theology Certificate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, women’s ministry, or church leadership
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide spiritual counselling and guidance
• A deep commitment to prayer, discipleship, and Christian service
