About L.E.A.D Nigeria
L.E.A.D Nigeria is one of the transformational initiatives founded by Titilayo Femi Kings in 2016 to raise transformed minds for sustainable development, with the major focus on Leadership, Education, Agriculture, and Development in the Nigeria economy.
We believe that true transformation begins with leadership — equipping individuals with the mindset, skills, and opportunities to make lasting impact in their environments. Through our programs in leadership development, education, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment, we help people discover their potential, take action, and lead with integrity and vision.
Since inception, L.E.A.D Nigeria has launched transformational projects across education, enterprise, and agriculture — empowering individuals to learn, lead, and take action. Thus, we bridge the gap between education and real-world leadership, fostering a generation of visionary entrepreneurs, innovators, and community changemakers.
Our vision is simple: to raise a generation of leaders who transform lives and build sustainable communities.
Our Achievements
Forging Future Leaders: LTI and FUTA’s ENT 302 Program

In Akure, Nigeria, an innovative partnership between the L.E.A.D. Transformation Initiative (LTI) and the FUTA Centre for Entrepreneurship (CENT) transformed the mandatory ENT 302 course into a hands-on leadership incubator culminating in a large-scale Entrepreneurship Conference planned and run entirely by the students. From June to August, the students learning public speaking & content creation in ENT center in LTI engaged in 10 weeks of leadership, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and communication skills training.
The capstone project was executed on full-scale event at the Obafemi Awolowo Hall, where our public speaking students taking the course planned and participated in the logistics, communication, and protocol management.
L.E.A.D Nigeria Tomato Project 2025: From Seed to Plenteous Harvest

In May 2025, L.E.A.D. Transformation Initiative (LTI) set out to transform ordinary farmland into a thriving model of youth-led agribusiness. A dedicated team, including the volunteers began seed nursing and ridge preparation. This was more than farming; it was a team learning planning, coordination, and project execution in real time.
By June, seedlings were ready for transplanting — 11,200 tomato plants across 160 ridges. Between September and October, the harvests arrived — 54 crates of fresh tomatoes was sold to meet markets demand. Every step of the project taught real-world leadership: Planning and execution, Financial discipline, Team collaboration and Adaptation under pressure.
The project turned students and volunteers into decision-makers, problem-solvers, and achievers. The 2025 Tomato Project became a model for how young Nigerians can lead transformation through agribusiness.
