Christ Apostolic Church Kingsrealm is a growing, Spirit-led church rooted in the doctrine and heritage of Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide. We are committed to discipleship, sound biblical teaching, vibrant worship, and holistic community impact.
Our congregation is multi-culturally in expression, with dynamic worship, prophetic prayer, strong youth engagement, and a deep commitment to raising spiritually grounded believers. We serve families, children, and young people, nurturing them to grow spiritually, intellectually, and physically. Our mandate is to raise believers with a strong spirit to receive, an enlarged mind to conceive, and skilled hands to perform, equipping them to live purposefully and reflect Kingdom values in every sphere of life.
As part of our continued growth, we are inviting passionate and skilled individuals to serve in volunteer ministry support roles in-person worship, teen development, and digital church operations. These roles are voluntary (unpaid) but provide valuable ministry experience within a vibrant multicultural Christian community. We are able to consider international applicants under the UKVI Charity Worker (Temporary Work) visa route, subject to eligibility and sponsorship requirements.
Available Volunteer Roles
1. Supporting Technical / Sound Personnel
Role Overview: Support our dynamic Nigerian–African worship services by managing sound systems, equipment, live streaming, and technical setup during services, prayer meetings, and special programmes. Responsibilities:- Operate and manage sound mixing during worship services
- Support live streaming and digital broadcasts
- Set up and dismantle technical equipment
- Ensure high-quality audio experience during services
2. Graphics Designer & Animation Volunteer
Role Overview: Support our team to communicate Kingdom messages creatively through culturally engaging designs that reflect African–Pentecostal vibrancy and excellence. Responsibilities- Design flyers, sermon graphics, and social media content
- Create short animations and promotional materials
- Support branding consistency across church platforms
3. Drummer & Instrumentalists Volunteer
Role Overview: Join our energetic worship team to support powerful, spirit-filled praise reflective of Nigerian–African Pentecostal expression. Responsibilities:- Play during Sunday services, prayer meetings, and special events
- Rehearse regularly with the worship team
- Support a vibrant, prophetic worship atmosphere
4. Social Media & Digital Engagement Volunteer
Role Overview: Support our growing digital church by expanding our online reach and engaging diaspora communities. Responsibilities:- Manage church social media accounts
- Develop content calendars
- Post sermon clips, devotionals, and event updates
- Grow online engagement and community interaction
5. Sport Mentor /(Teens & Youth Development)
Role Overview: Support our youth and teen ministry by using sports—especially football—as a platform for mentorship, discipline, and Kingdom values. Responsibilities:- Organise and work with our young people in their various football sessions
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and godly character
- Mentor young people in alignment with Christian values
6. African Gospel Worship Vocalist (Singer)
Role Overview: Support our energetic praise and worship that reflects the rich heritage of Nigerian–African Pentecostal worship. This role is important in sustaining the cultural and spiritual expression of our congregation through songs, poetry, chants, hymns, and African Christian musical traditions. Key Responsibilities:- Support praise and worship during Sunday services, prayer meetings, and special programmes
- Perform and teach energetic Nigerian gospel songs, African praise choruses, and Spirit-filled worship songs
- Help train and mentor young people of Nigerian and African descent in local praise songs, worship chants, and gospel music traditions
- Introduce and preserve African Christian hymns, spiritual chants, and poetic worship expressions within the worship ministry
- Work closely with instrumentalists and the worship team to maintain a vibrant and Spirit-led worship atmosphere

Christ Apostolic Church Kingsrealm is seeking a spiritually grounded, visionary, and well-qualified Pastor-Director of Christian Education to provide strategic leadership for the church’s teaching, discipleship, and faith-formation ministries. This role carries primary responsibility for overseeing Bible study, Christian education programmes, and theological development across all age groups within the church. The Pastor-Director of Christian Education will ensure that biblical teaching is sound, structured, engaging, and aligned with the church’s doctrine and vision, while also supporting the holistic spiritual development of congregants. In addition, the role includes providing pastoral counselling and faith-based support to adults and children, recognising the unique spiritual and social challenges they face. This position requires a strong blend of theological depth, teaching excellence, leadership ability, and pastoral sensitivity, with a heart for discipleship and community impact. The Pastor will work closely with church leadership to design, implement, and evaluate Christian education initiatives that nurture spiritual maturity, encourage Kingdom living, and equip believers for service in both church and society.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Christian education framework for adults, youth, and children of the church;
- Plan, prepare, and lead regular Bible study sessions in alignment with the church’s doctrine, vision, and discipleship goals;
- Preach and teach sound biblical doctrine during Sunday worship services and at other church programmes, ensuring all messages align with the church doctrine;
- Participate in and lead evangelistic outreach, including street evangelism and door-to-door evangelism;
- Support the pastoral team in mid-week counselling, providing spiritual guidance, prayer, and faith-based support to individuals and families;
- Teach and preach Bible Study across age groups, employing structured and interactive teaching methods suited to a multicultural congregation;
- Develop structured Bible study materials, lesson outlines, and teaching resources suitable for a diverse congregation;
- Offer prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support to individuals facing personal, family, or transitional challenges
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and safeguarding requirements in all pastoral interactions
- Work collaboratively with the pastoral and leadership team to ensure teaching and care are integrated
- Represent the church positively within the local community and partner networks
Essential Requirements
- A born-again Christian with a proven, consistent walk with God; prior experience within the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) is an added advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2) in any discipline
- A recognized Theology Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong biblical knowledge and ability to teach Scripture effectively
- Demonstrable ability in counselling
- Cultural sensitivity and passion for working with diverse population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding, ethical conduct, and Christian values
