At Christ Apostolic Church Kingsrealm UK, we believe that the gospel is more than sermons—it is life, it is love, and it is light to our communities. And when one of our own shines this light beyond the four walls of the church, we celebrate it as a testimony of God’s grace at work among us.
This month, heaven and earth came together to honour one of our pastors, Pastor Femi Titilayo Austin, who received the prestigious “Unsung Hero Award” at the 2025 Black Business & Tech Awards hosted by Stick and Stone Studios in Middlesbrough, UK.
This award is not just about recognition. It is a story of faith, compassion, sacrifice, and everyday kingdom impact.
A Pastor Whose Ministry Reaches Beyond the Pulpit
Pastor Austin is known for preaching with power, loving with depth, and serving with humility. Yet, his greatest strength is that he does not stop at the altar—he steps into the streets, where the hurting, the confused, the struggling, and the forgotten live.
Through Transformation Space UK, our community engagement centre, he has led dozens of initiatives to support immigrants, families, young people, and vulnerable residents across Middlesbrough and Teesside.
From airport pickups to intervention in crises. From safeguarding children to mentoring youth. From family safety summits to interfaith dialogues. From housing support to job readiness workshops.
Pastor Austin has quietly become a bridge-builder in our city, restoring hope and peace one family at a time.
Little wonder the UK recognised what we already knew: He is a shepherd with a burden for souls—and a heart for the community.
Shaped by Global Training, Driven by God’s Calling
Many do not know that Pastor Austin is a trained change leader, equipped in 2016 at the world-renowned Kanthari Institute in Kerala, India—a global academy that raises social innovators who tackle real-world challenges.
Kanthari’s vision is simple: “Equip those with fire in their hearts to spark change in their communities.” Pastor Austin embodies this completely.
He also leads the Lead Transformation Initiative (LTI) Nigeria, impacting thousands across Africa through: Youth leadership development, Educational support, Women empowerment, Climate-smart agriculture and food resilience, Community transformation programmes. His heartbeat is the same everywhere—to raise people into their God-given possibilities.
A Family Anointed for Service
Behind every great calling is a great support system. We honour Mrs. Titilayo Kemi Kings, his amiable wife—also a FUTA alumna, student leader, and former staff—whose quiet strength keeps the home front firm while releasing her husband to serve God and humanity fearlessly.
And we celebrate their wonderful children, IrorunOluwa and Iranlowooluwa—our beloved “Kingsrealm Rangers”.
Whenever it is time for outreach, advocacy, or community projects, they jump in with excitement. Their young hearts reflect a family deeply committed to Kingdom purpose.
Indeed, the Austin-Kings household is a living ministry.

What This Award Means for Us as a Church
This is not just Pastor Austin’s award—It is our testimony as Kingsrealm, a church raised by God to “Transform Minds and Transform Communities.”
It amplifies our vision. It strengthens our commitment. It reminds us that: “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few.” — Luke 10:2
We will continue to raise labourers.
We will continue to shine light in Middlesbrough and beyond.
We will continue to build families, empower youth, restore hope, and proclaim Jesus to all nations.
A Word from Pastor Austin
In his humble words: “To God alone be the glory. This award is a reminder that ministry is not only in the church—it is also in the community. I thank my wife, my children, and my Kingsrealm family. Let us continue to be vessels of Jesus everywhere we go.”
We Celebrate Grace. We Celebrate Impact. We Celebrate a True Unsung Hero.
Congratulations once again to Pastor Femi Austin.
Kingsrealm is proud of you.
Christ Apostolic Church worldwide celebrates you.
And heaven rejoices over every life being touched through your obedience.
